Reduction of Iron Loss on Grain-oriented Electrical Steel Sheet Using Vector Magnetic Characteristic Control Technology

In order to develop the high efficiency and low loss in transformer, it is essential reduce iron on grain-oriented electrical steel sheet which one of transformer loss. On other hand, known that increases due rotating magnetic flux generated at T-junction core, necessary deal with this problem. A vector characteristic control technology has been developed can under existing sheets. paper, we apply grain oriented a thickness 0.23 mm, report results verifying reduction effect. addition, factor change was clarified using two-frequency separation method. Based knowledge obtained, will propose application cores.
